Terms & Conditions
Keys
Available from 4pm on arrival. Please hand in by 10am on departure.
Children
Children are always welcome.
Groceries
Bread, milk, etc can be ordered in advance to await your arrival
if you expect to be late.
Dogs
A limited number of dogs are allowed in certain accommodation at
a charge of £40 per pet per week. Dogs and pets will not be
admitted onto the parks unless advised and paid for in advance.
Strict rules apply to dogs which must be supervised & kept on
a lead at all times. Proof of payment will be required.
High chairs & cots (with mattress)
These can be provided at £10 each per week. Bedding not supplied.
Electricity/Gas
Electricity and Gas is free of charge.
VAT
VAT included at 17.5% where applicable.
Car Parking
Car parking is free, additional cars, trailers etc for security reasons must be booked in advance and will be strictly monitored.
Colour TV
Colour TV sets are provided free in all accommodation.
Opening times
We are open from early March to early November.
Sorry
We do not accept all male or all female parties under 25 years
of age.
Data Protection Act
We may allow reputable companies to write to you with offers which
may be of interest. If you would prefer not to hear from them please
advise us.
General
It is an express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible
for any personal injury, or damage to property nor non-availability
of accommodation or amenities due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our brochure is printed long periods in advance so we must reserve
the right to make improvements or alterations without notice. It
is an express condition of booking that we will not be held responsible
for any planned facility not being available through circumstances
beyond our control. In the interest of safety it might become necessary to limit the opening times of our swimming pools. We do not employ life guards, children and non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Should any guest cause problems or inconveinience to other guests or staff, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the Park without refund.

Wheelchairs and Disability
Not all of our accomodation is suitable for the disabled. If you or a member of your party has any form of disability, please ask for our specialist advisor who will be delighted to assist with your booking.
We can only accept bookings for disabled people by prior arrangement in writing.
Deposit
Half Price Deposit, only £30 per week when your holiday is booked from this website. Balance for rentals must reach us a clear 56 days before commencement of holiday.
Cancellation Plan
£24 per week, free if your holiday is booked from this website. This protects you from being liable to the balance of the rental, should you be forced to cancel prior to your holiday because of serious injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy (to yourself or any member of your party). If this can be substantiated and has arisen since you made the booking, then you will no longer be liable for the balance of the rental. If the balance of the rental has been paid we guarantee to refund the balance. Deposits are non-refundable. The decision of John Fowler Holidays Limited on all claims will be final. To qualify you must notify us immediately the circumstances arise. The cover is only valid if such qualifying circumstances arise before you leave your home for your holiday, only those persons due to come on holiday and listed on the club membership application, submitted prior to your arrival, will be covered by our Cancellation Plan. Should you need to cancel you must contact us immediately. Telephone cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
